For the passion of his profession, Chef Marco Cheung, the Executive Chef of Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel, has been in the industry for the past 30 years.
Chef Marco has cultivated and built his culinary repertoire and restaurant management skills through experiences with various five-star hotels, including JW Marriott, as well as other local fine-dining establishments and restaurant chains.
During his over 15 years tenure with Marriott International, Chef Marco has also led task force teams to other Marriott properties in Japan, Macau, Shanghai, Singapore and New York.
